From reading a spec sheet to putting it onto the line, we believe the accuracy of communication decides product quality.
Since 2008, DALIAN LAISIPENG has produced apparel for department-store brands and select shops in Japan.
What we keep at the centre is managing everything, from understanding the brief and the spec to the production floor, as one setup. Staff fluent in Japanese read the intent and the nuance of each spec sheet and pass it accurately to the pattern, sewing and inspection teams.
That reduces the misreadings that so often happen in overseas production, so we can move with the brand from planning through volume and repeat production from the same viewpoint.

Department-store-level process control
From under-pressing (pressing seams open) and measurement checks at each sewing stage to 100% final inspection and conveyor needle detection before shipment, we work to the quality standard agreed for each order, checking the specs, trims and finish expected for the Japanese market.
From the right lot to full production
Centred on runs of 100–300 pieces, we handle test-sales production from 50 pieces per style and production runs of several thousand pieces, supporting each stage of a brand’s growth.

03 / PRODUCTION NETWORK

We combine our own sewing lines with more than 20 specialist partner factories to build a production team for each item, spec, quantity and delivery date. Rather than forcing small lots onto large lines, we select the floor that suits the project.

- Samples usually take about 2 weeks; small-lot production runs about 2–4 weeks after materials are in place
