Yes, we accept orders from 50 pcs per style (size and color breakdowns are negotiable). We consider 100–300 pcs our optimal production batch for maximum cost-efficiency, and we offer flexible proposals tailored to your technical specifications and materials.
Yes, we provide end-to-end fabric and trim sourcing. Based on your reference photos, sketches, or physical swatches, we leverage established textile networks across Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Korea (Dongdaemun), and Japan to source the exact materials matching your design requirements.
As a general guide, first prototypes take approximately 1–2 weeks, sample revisions take 1–1.5 weeks, and bulk production takes 2–4 weeks (excluding material procurement time). Timelines vary depending on structural complexity and factory schedule, and a detailed schedule will be confirmed during consultation.
We enforce strict in-line pressing, dimensional inspections during assembly, and comprehensive 100% final quality checks along with 100% needle detection prior to dispatch. Operating under rigorous Japanese department-store standards, we can also provide formal bilingual inspection reports or accommodate AQL-standard lot inspections upon request.
