From the tension of highly elastic knits to the structure of woven fabrics and the layered volume of down and interlinings—our master pattern makers engineer millimeter-accurate CAD patterns tailored to the exact physical properties of each textile.
Supporting small batches starting from 50 pieces, with peak production and cost efficiency at 100–300 pieces per style. We manage the complete cycle: from fabric and trim procurement to dedicated sewing lines, embroidery, printing, and specialized garment washing.
Double-face wool coats (handmade split-seam), tailored overcoats, down jackets, padded outerwear, structured blazers, refined woven shirts and dresses, and heavy-gauge knitwear.
Starting from 50 pcs per style (subject to specifications, fabric, and lead-time review). We focus on 50–300 pcs small-batch production, while fully equipped for volume orders over 300 pcs.

We meticulously analyze your Tech Packs and specifications to eliminate sewing defects and streamline volume assembly. Need technical support? Our in-house pattern makers provide millimeter-accurate CAD drafting, grading, and Tech Pack optimization to perfect your garment’s fit and drape.
We engineer precision prototypes (1st samples) to finalize seam construction, material drape, and exact unit costs prior to cutting. We accommodate iterative sample revisions as well as showroom and salesman samples (SMS) to ensure your design is fully validated before mass production.
We construct a rigorous manufacturing timeline from project kickoff. Before cutting begins, we synchronize material deliveries from fabric mills, trim suppliers, and specialized secondary processors to ensure a seamless, on-time production run.
Operating from our dedicated mother factory in Dalian, China, we manage every production phase under rigorous Japanese department-store standards. Our in-house QC specialists conduct continuous in-line inspections, intermediate pressing, and 100% metal/needle detection before final packaging.
We provide seamless global logistics—from export customs clearance and commercial documentation to door-to-door delivery. Whether by urgent air express (DHL/OCS) or cost-effective ocean freight, we ensure your cargo arrives securely at your designated 3PL or warehouse.
