Working with the major fabric markets in China (Guangzhou, Shaoxing) and Korea (Dongdaemun), we handle small and medium lots of 50–300 pieces per style through to full-scale production. From the shell fabric, lining and interlining that determine how a finished garment looks, we propose it all through a single point of contact.

Drawing on our supplier network across Guangzhou Zhongda, Shaoxing and Seoul's Dongdaemun, we select the optimal source for each project — by design intent, lot size, target cost and delivery date.
Shaoxing (Keqiao)
A leading global hub for woven and synthetic textile production. We handle full-scale development and lot orders, including custom prints and original jacquard weaves.
Dongdaemun, Korea
Trend-driven textiles and design-led trims, sourced on short lead times for low-MOQ programmes and rapid sampling.

Centered on heavy outerwear, spanning a wide range of materials.
For coats and down, we check the compatibility of shell and lining — weight, hand, sewability — and examine how the combination performs in the finished garment.

Trims & Hardware
For the trims that shape how refined a product feels — YKK zippers, genuine buffalo-horn and corozo nut buttons, spindle cords and more — we select and source to the specification and the intended use.
Branding & Care Labels
We produce and source high-density damask woven labels, brand hang tags and statutory care/composition labels.
Interlining & Canvasing
To keep a beautiful drape and hold the shape, we select functional fusible interlining suited to hair-canvas tailoring and to the properties of the fabric.
Specialized Secondary Finishes
We handle secondary finishing end to end as each project requires: garment washing (bio-wash and garment dye), high-density embroidery and screen printing in various types.
DEVELOPMENT FLOW
From an image to a production-ready material specification.
Even if the specification sheet is still in progress, we can organize the points to confirm from reference images, fabric samples, planned quantities and your target delivery date.
Review of the concept
We share the design intent, use, hand, function, expected quantity, target price and required delivery date.
Selection at the local market
We pick up physical swatches (fabric samples) that match the image, quickly and directly from the market.
Swatches delivered
We send them by international express (EMS, DHL and others) so that you can check the hand, fibre composition and weight in person.
Sample trial
We make the 1st sample in the selected material and verify the drape, the sewing specification and the measurements.
Volume sourcing and confirmation
We calculate fabric consumption and loss rate, then source all approved production fabric and trims in one order.
BEFORE SOURCING
For an accurate proposal.
The more specific the material requirements, the more smoothly we can shortlist options and confirm estimates.
- Material image you have in mind: wool, cotton, synthetics, functional materials and so on. A reference image or the URL of a reference product is fine.
- Scope of sourcing: full sourcing of fabric and trims, or processing of customer-supplied materials
- Expected lot size: 50–300 pieces per style, plus the planned colour and size range
- Target delivery date: when you would like the sample completed, and the preferred delivery date for volume production
- Points to note: physical materials can show colour variation depending on stock and lot. For custom materials, the minimum order quantity differs by material and by finishing.
